got the truck serviced and got an assignemnt to pick up a trailer to bring to Buffalo via Syracuse. It's 45 degrees and sunny down here, but winter snow advisories up north. I'm crossing the NY line now and guess I'll find out for myself in the next hour. Stop for fuel in Syracuse then motor across the turnpike to Buffalo - it's the long way around, but I figured I'd rather drive the major highways instead of the more direct route using local roads and US route 15 through the mountains. May be a long nite, but I don't think the snow coming down is real bad - they're only calling for an extra inch in Syracuse this evening and no extra accumualtions going west. bb.
