". . . but I have MILES TO GO before I sleep, miles to go before I sleep." Robert Frost
Don't know which is tougher . . .
slogging through wet Irish graveyards or crunching across a foot of ice encrusted snow traipsing around graveyards in Carlisle! No ghosts found but some interesting history learned just from reading the headstones. A day off today and will resume tomorrow with the delivery in Palmyra just NE of Harrisburg. Had a tire cap blow off one of the trailer tires last night but there was no traffic near me and no damage done to the undercarriage - those things, when they spin off at 65mph can smack the steel bar that the madflaps hang from and literally bend them like pretzels. Othertimes they can wrap around the center of the dual tires or take out the air lines going to the cylinder that is mounted just inside the tires. No roubles this time, just a tire manufacture that will owe us a new tire (it had been inspected just 2 weeks ago so the tread was normal).bb.
