best quote I've heard today reference the capture of Saddam :

ps : I had to google Hammurabi - the name was familiar from my criminology and law studies, I remembered something called the Code of Hammurabi. This was in effect, one of the earliest of written laws which spelled out various offences and the punishments. Hammurabi himself was a powerful Prince in the land of Babylon and the Code was to protect the weak and enrich the land.
